DH Pace Company is seeking to hire Entry Door Installer Trainees in Tempe, AZ. This role will be responsible for providing safe and accurate installation of doors and hardware, delivering industry-leading customer service, and upholding quality workmanship in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in both shop and field settings.
• Repair, adjust, replace, and troubleshoot issues with entry doors and hardware.
• Communicate progress and challenges to the Install Supervisor.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in both a shop and field/job-site setting
• Repair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware
• Communicate progress and challenges to Install Supervisor
• Always operate in a safety conscious manner
• Other responsibilities as assigned
