DH Pace Company is seeking an Entry Door Installer in Nashville, TN. This role involves the safe and accurate installation of doors and hardware, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring quality workmanship in a team environment.

The company offers a HIRING BONUS of $2,500 with verifiable industry experience in commercial doors or entry door systems. Prior construction or skilled trade experience is beneficial.

Job Responsibilities

• Install hardware on commercial entry doors in shop and field settings
• Repair, adjust, replace, and troubleshoot doors and hardware
• Communicate progress and challenges to the supervisor
• Maintain safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
• Welding experience a plus
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
