Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring General Service Technicians in Hilliard, OH. This is a full-time role offering a guaranteed base hourly rate plus significant weekly bonus potential and paid training.

No prior experience is required; we will train you. The position includes tire and wheel services, rotations, balancing, and inspections to ensure safe vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: you value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services — rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments on top of guaranteed hourly rate.
• NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED; PAID TRAINING will teach you everything you need to know.
