Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Powell, OH, part of the Midas/Mavis family, is seeking General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube) to join our state-of-the-art shop. Enjoy paid training, a guaranteed base rate, and significant weekly bonus potential in a fast-paced center.

No prior automotive experience is required; you'll learn everything on the job. Responsibilities include tire installations, rotations, balancing, and other tire services to keep customers' vehicles safe and on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience: Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• General Service Technicians install new tires and wheels and perform tire services -- like rotations, balancing and flat repairs -- to keep our valued customers' vehicles operating safely.
• While providing best-in-class automotive service, you'll get weekly bonus payments tied to every single service you perform on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
