Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will be part of a team servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits starting from day one, and a pay range of $15.18–$22.77 per hour.

Bridgestone emphasizes fair compensation and professional growth, including ASE certifications. Responsibilities include diagnosing basic automotive systems, performing maintenance, tire care, and road-testing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
