ECHO Collective in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking an Entrepreneurship Program Manager & Instructor to lead The Refinery, our entrepreneurship program for New American women. You’ll teach and facilitate our curriculum, coach participants, coordinate community experts, and track progress.

This role emphasizes ownership and collaborative problem-solving, with a focus on improving systems and outcomes for the women we serve. Compensation includes $25/hr and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Love teaching adults and helping people understand ideas.
• Experience with entrepreneurship, small business, workforce development, or adult education.
• Willing to take ownership, make decisions, and be a supportive coach.

Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate entrepreneurship curriculum to participants.
• Coach women as they build and grow their businesses.
• Coordinate community experts and track participant progress.
• Handle documentation, follow-up, scheduling and preparation.
