Job Overview

ProSidian seeks Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) & Facilitators Keynote/Guest Speaker | Education/Training And Knowledge Management for Speakers Bureau on an exempt 1099 contract basis. The assignment is generally located across the CONUS with emphasis in Texas (Remote with travel or virtual) and supports an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices.

The role supports professional services engagements for Education and Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Education/Training And Knowledge Management discipline. ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time W-2 position.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted content and insights tailored to EO & Facilitators topics as part of a Speakers Bureau, delivering engaging, expert knowledge through education, motivation, and actionable guidance.
• Deliver customized keynotes or hosted sessions aligned with event themes to reinforce key messages and support educational and motivational goals.
• Contribute to content planning and customization for audience segments, and deliver breakout or deep-dive sessions as needed.
• Provide post-event resources or strategic follow-up to support continued learning and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced credentials preferred where applicable.
• Current or previous role in Education & Training activities driving qualifications as an EO & Facilitators Keynote Speaker; strong public speaking ability and a track record of audience impact.
• Experience with EO/peer networks (e.g., EO, Vistage, YPO, Convene) and with leadership development contexts such as retreats, offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
• Excellent communication, audience engagement, content development, and delivery flexibility.
• Subject-matter expertise in entrepreneurship, peer-learning, leadership development, and related facilitation practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Emotional intelligence, creativity, strategic thinking, professional demeanor, and cross-audience resonance.
• Content planning, customization, and post-event follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to deliver high-impact, experiential presentations to entrepreneurial leaders and peer-learning groups.

• Role located in the South Central Region (CONUS - Texas), remote with travel or virtual. Initial work location: 1801 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX 77592.
• Often leveraged for strategic events, leadership development, industry panels, or inspirational programming.
