Job summary

State and Liberty Clothing Co. is seeking a store leader for its Boulder location. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, mentor a small team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience through product knowledge and community focus.

Training will occur at our Denver locations before the Boulder opening. This role offers an entrepreneurial environment, profit-minded accountability, competitive pay, health insurance, and a 401K after one year.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day operations with critical thinking and feedback.
• Create an outstanding guest experience and oversee products, operations, and people.
• Ensure authentic service through product knowledge, community, and culture.
• Speak authentically about our product and culture with kindness.
• Under Store Manager guidance, complete additional projects and duties as requested.
• Compensation: $18.00-$25.00 per hour; health insurance; 401K after 1 year; employee discount.
