We're the only ones operating with generative AI for hiring/interviews/coaching/conflict management, modern behavioral science, rigorous validation, a mobile-first platform, and API integrations for organizations with complex needs.

With the right approach, this opportunity has middle to high 6-figure annualized income potential within 24-36 months.

Comp Structure:

  • 50% Commission on ALL Revenue - initial sales and renewals
  • Residual Income Model - earn passive income from your client base for years
  • Unlimited Earning Potential - no commission caps or territory restrictions
  • Additional Revenue Streams - workshops, training, and enterprise upsells

What to Expect:

This opportunity follows a clear trajectory:

  • Immediate Term (First 90 Days): Smaller deals start closing within weeks ($3-5K commissions/ea). Expect 2 per month as you ramp.
  • Mid-Term (3-6 Months): Larger deals begin entering your pipeline, with $5-10K commissions each. ~3-4 sales per month.
  • Long-Term (12-24 Months): Once you've built a base of 20 clients, hunting days are over. Referrals take over. At this stage, you'll be closing 4+ new deals monthly while earning recurring revenue from your existing client base – still paid at 50% commission on renewals, plus additional income from workshops and upsells.

Current close rates range from 50-75%. Once you get an audience, the product sells itself.

You can expect $40K+ deals to come along as well, which will likely become more common as we further establish ourselves as the only modern platform with AI capabilities, mobile-first design, and enterprise integrations that appeal to larger companies.

This requires runway and resilience initially, but the flywheel effect is real. If you need guaranteed income from day one, this isn't the right fit.
