Job summary

Foot and Ankle Associates is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to join a podiatry-driven clinic, delivering hands-on, patient-centered care within a collaborative, team-based setting. You will be embedded in the podiatry practice and contribute to high-quality outcomes.

In this role, you'll partner with podiatrists and clinic leadership, influence clinical pathways, and help shape how physical therapy integrates with foot and ankle care in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• DPT is required and NC licensure is active or eligible.
• Experience or interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or podiatric rehab.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized lower-extremity treatment plans.
• Collaborate with podiatrists, medical assistants, and front office teams for care coordination.
• Track patient outcomes using evidence-based metrics.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility techniques, and home exercises.
• Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas to improve operations and outcomes.
