COUNTRY Financial is seeking ambitious professionals to own their business as insurance agents. You will help clients prepare for life’s events with property/casualty, life and health products and work consultatively with existing and prospective clients.

You operate as an independent contractor with autonomy and the chance to build a meaningful career while serving communities across 19 states.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, motivated, and goal driven.
• A strong communicator with excellent business acumen.
• Committed to linking your efforts with tangible rewards.
• Passionate about making positive impacts in their communities.
• Licenses (Property/Casualty, Life/Health) are not required to apply but must be obtainable when contracting decisions are made.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; 2+ years in insurance/financial services; 5+ years in business ownership or managerial roles.

Responsabilités

• Grow business with existing and prospective clients through consultative selling.
• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products.
• Establish an office and build a staff as independent contractors.
