COUNTRY Financial is seeking ambitious professionals to own and grow their own independent agency. You’ll educate clients on property/casualty, life and health products, and work with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to offer broad financial solutions.

As an independent contractor, you’re in business for yourself with support from COUNTRY’s 100-year heritage, learning resources, and ongoing training. Flexible schedules and performance rewards are highlighted aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, motivated, and goal driven.
• A strong communicator with excellent business acumen.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher education is desirable.
• 2+ years in insurance/financial services is preferred.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing and prospective clients using a consultative approach.
• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients.
• Establish an office and build a staff as an independent contractor.
