As independent contractors, they are in business for themselves but not by themselves, diversifying income and balancing schedules while serving communities.

The role includes educating clients, collaborating with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors, and establishing an office with a staff, all within COUNTRY’s family-oriented culture.
