Job summary

Northwestern Mutual is recruiting Financial Representatives to start a business focused on client-building and financial planning, with training that prepares you to run a practice.

As an independent contractor, you’ll pursue licenses (Life/AD&H, SIE, Series 6/7/63), build a client base, design holistic plans, and pursue uncapped earnings through a performance-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions to own a business.
• History of success in relationship-building or client-facing roles.
• Excellent time-management skills.
