Job summary

Northwestern Mutual is seeking entrepreneurial individuals to start their own financial planning practice as independent contractors. You’ll obtain licenses (Life/AL&H, SIE, Series 6, 7, 63) with Northwestern Mutual supporting tuition as needed and you’ll learn to educate clients on investments, insurance, and retirement solutions through a training program.

You’ll build a client base, design personalized plans, and guide clients across life stages while leveraging Northwestern Mutual’s software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions to be a business owner.
• History of success in relationship‑building or client‑facing roles.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
