• Current primary residence within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Ability to work from the North Dallas General Office in Frisco, Texas, and participate in client-facing field activity.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness and ability to obtain applicable state insurance licensing.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand your professional network throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Develop prospective client relationships through networking, prospecting, professional communication, and consistent follow-up.
• Learn to identify client priorities and help clients explore strategies involving protection, retirement, wealth accumulation, education planning, and long-term financial goals.
• Participate in client meetings alongside experienced financial professionals, with support on more complex client situations.
• Develop business-development and relationship-management skills while learning to build a long-term financial-services practice.
