Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (KY) with civil engineering experience and leadership capability.
- Proven ability to develop and grow a new engineering division and service line.
- Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills.
- Experience in pursuing opportunities, proposals, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch Emerald’s engineering division in Kentucky from the ground up.
- Define service offerings, pursue opportunities, and build client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
- Lead civil design, analysis, documentation, and project coordination.
- Hire, mentor, and supervise technical staff; maintain quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with right-of-way, title, permitting, and GIS teams to support projects.
