Who We Are:
SkyTrade is the planet's first air rights marketplace (n to 1), located at the intersection of Real-World Assets (RWA) and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN).
We work with large real estate companies, agents, brokers, individual homeowners, governments, and drone companies. We are building for crypto natives and traditional real estate owners. You need to be a chameleon and be able to context-switch without losing focus.
We seek an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Developer to join our team at SkyTrade. This person must be able to execute, strategize, and get things done.
The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding air rights owners, developing strategic partnerships with real estate companies, agents, and brokers, and building relationships with stakeholders, including drone companies and commercial entities using drones for delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, finance, or a related field and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and hitting goals. A deep network of real estate owners and related industry professionals is a plus.
