Overview

Yellowstone Life Insurance Agency, an Integrity Company, is seeking dynamic and driven individuals for the position of Remote Entrepreneur/Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home while guiding a team of insurance agents dedicated to making a difference in the lives of their clients.

As a Remote Entrepreneur/Leader, your primary focus will be on fostering a high-performing team that excels in providing life insurance solutions. You will leverage your leadership skills to mentor agents, drive performance, and create an engaging, supportive environment that encourages growth and success.

This role does not require cold calling, as you will have access to our innovative lead generation platform connecting you with prospective clients who have shown interest in life insurance solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and inspire a remote team of agents, providing support and strategies to enhance their effectiveness in the field
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve agents\' product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Establish clear performance objectives and metrics, monitoring progress and providing timely feedback
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating team culture that emphasizes results and engagement
  • Work closely with senior management to align team goals with organizational objectives and initiatives
  • Recognize and celebrate team achievements to maintain high morale and commitment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, ideally within sales or insurance
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse group of individuals
  • Proven ability to drive team performance through effective coaching and strategy development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess team dynamics and performance metrics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and team success
  • Current Life Insurance License is required (candidates may be considered without a license, but it must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
