Job summary

GT School is seeking an Entrepreneur In Residence to design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model, starting with a prototype campus and expanding nationally. You’ll lead execution, build partnerships, and shape program playbooks for rapid expansion.

Based in the United States, you’ll travel regularly to Austin (about 1 week per month) to ground the work in reality, while also developing the virtual GT Anywhere program with the team.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch with substantial revenue ownership.
• Deep personal or professional understanding of gifted students.
• AI-first mentality for problem solving and scaling at scale.
• Ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics into believers.
• Based in the U.S. with regular travel to Austin (≈1 week/month).

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model starting with a prototype campus and expanding nationally.
• Lead public rollout and partnerships, plus playbooks to sustain growth.
• Develop parent messaging, market strategies, and growth tactics for expansion.
• Define and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites.
• Act as the public face of the model, driving visibility through media and events.
