About the role, Key notes:

  • Profile – Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
  • Role – Full-time
  • Grade – Manager / Sr. Manager
  • Location – Remote - Work from home / anywhere
  • Work hours – Mon to Fri / UK Shift (1 pm to 10 pm IST)

What you’ll do?

Lead, plan & execute new initiatives & projects– Plan, develop, and lead projects based around key products and initiatives ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting project goals and vision

Work closely with the founders – Help the founders identify implementable solutions to various bottlenecks to help scale the organization. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems create new solutions, leveraging and, and adapting existing methods and procedures. Assist the Founders with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives

Lead 0 to 1 initiatives– Initiatives such as, new business models, partnerships, transformation projects, etc. that require cross functional collaboration, execute successful POCs, derive learnings, layout the long-term processes and hand over to long term owners

Support special projects – Responsible for supporting all special projects needs of the Founders, acting as liaison with key stakeholders, analysis of market trends and internal performance, the analysis of data in collaboration with experienced data analysts, and the production of written reports and oral

Reporting and other duties – Prepare weekly/monthly reports as requested by the management. Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute (preferably IITs, BITS)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in product or program management, preferably for a start-up
  • Problem solving - Ability to breakdown complex problems into smaller pieces and layout clear game plans
  • Analytical Skills - Comfort with big datasets and ability to understand what data to pull and analyze to derive business insights. You can operate excel in your sleep.
  • Develop Business Cases - Deal with ambiguity and layout a clear thought process to translate input efforts into output business KPIs
  • Stakeholder & Team Management - Ability to manage stakeholders across levels and teams to deliver on tight execution plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - You will set the agenda in critical meetings and will need to drive action effectively
