UpperClass is seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence to work directly with founders on go-to-market and product across global education networks. You will join a year-long residency, sitting in sales calls, shipping features, and owning outcomes.

No degree or fixed experience required; speed, judgment and relentless execution are the bar. Location options include Toronto, New York, Seoul-like areas, or Manila, with regular travel.

Qualifications

• No minimum years of experience and no degree required.
• You will work closely with founders and learn by doing.
• Ability to move fast, judge well and ship outcomes in a startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Find the customer, sell them, ship what they need, deliver it, and prove the result.
• Build and manage a go-to-market pipeline with universities, education companies and brands.
• Run pilots end to end and test new channels and partner motions.
• Write specs, prioritise backlog with the founders, and ship features using AI-native and no-/low-code tools.
• Travel with founders to client meetings, campuses, conferences and investor discussions.
