Job summary

Endeavor is seeking a Senior Associate for the Entrepreneur Experience in the Detroit area. You will identify high-potential Midwest entrepreneurs, conduct analysis, and coordinate selection panels while leveraging Endeavor’s global network to connect founders with capital and mentorship.

You will travel to events, build mentor relationships, and help expand Endeavor’s presence in Michigan, supporting portfolio companies and regional partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in business, consulting, entrepreneurship, venture capital, or finance.
• Strong interest and passion for economic development, entrepreneurship, and/or venture capital.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Willingness to attend events and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pursue search and selection of fast-growing Midwest entrepreneurs.
• Build pipeline through referrals, research, networking, events, and partnerships.
• Lead outreach and meetings with early-stage candidate companies.
• Analyze leadership, business models, growth potential, and markets.
• Organize local and virtual selection events and manage logistics.
• Mentor network management and CRM data upkeep.
• Represent Endeavor in Michigan and develop regional initiatives.
