This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys moving between job sites, coordinating with the warehouse and sales teams, and ensuring a safe, clean, and courteous customer experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy appliances (100+ lbs) with team support.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfort working in homes and varied conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver appliances to customer homes and job sites
• Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Ensure proper handling and protection of products, homes, and job sites
• Communicate clearly with customers during delivery and installation
• Review delivery paperwork and confirm accuracy of orders
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams on deliveries and schedules
• Troubleshoot basic installation issues and communicate next steps when needed
• Maintain delivery vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition
• Provide a professional and respectful experience in every home
• Assist with warehouse tasks and loading/unloading as needed
