Responsibilities

• Utilizes ingredients according to recipes and records batching procedures.
• Checks quantity and temperature of batches per specifications.
• Inspects finished product for quality and proper labeling.
• Sets up production line and learns line flow for various products.
• Cleans machinery as applicable.
• Maintains clean work areas following housekeeping practices.
• Performs checks and paperwork with accuracy and legible handwriting.
• Follows GMPs, HACCP, food safety and quality policies.
• Reports safety issues to supervisor promptly.
