The ENTREE COOK is responsible for preparing cafeteria and catering food, including therapeutic diets such as pureed, salt-free, mechanical soft, renal, and ADA restricted diets. Responsibilities include hot food preparation, stock pulling, soup and sauce making, operating kitchen equipment, serving on patient trays, and cleaning work areas and utensils. May assist and supervise other Food Service Workers.
