Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years finance/accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Monthly legal entity close, including parent/child accounting and equity pickup.
• Review inter-entity data and monitor unusual general ledger balances.
• Prepare and review statutory/regulatory reporting and financial commentary.
• Perform variance analyses and provide explanations MoM/YoY.
• Support firmwide legal entity reporting projects and process improvements.
