Job summary

Lennar in Charleston, SC is seeking an Entitlements Manager to supervise all aspects of entitlements for new residential communities, coordinating with local agencies, architects, engineers and consultants to obtain plans, maps and required permits.

You will drive development schedules, support land acquisitions due diligence, and ensure compliance with municipal requirements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet community goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in community entitlement and homebuilding process.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Directs entitlements, plan approvals, and permits for new residential communities.
• Coordinates input from architects, engineers, and consultants for approvals.
• Manages schedules and agency presentations to obtain required permits.
• Supports due diligence for potential land acquisitions.
• Liaises with trade partners, agencies, and internal departments.
