Primary Responsibilities:

1. Varies per role – Inquire within to learn more about these role opportunities and responsibilities.
2. Advance through cross-training in multiple roles and substitutes when necessary. All employees are expected to cross-train as a Swim Instructor.
3. Provide a Golden Experience to our students, families, and team members.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

1. Ability to work with children.
2. Prior related leadership and teaching experience is preferred (supervisory roles).
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. All employees must cross-train as a swim instructor/lifeguard.
