Requirements:
  • Ability to work with children
  • Must be able to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday - 4-hour shift) and some evenings (until 7:30 PM)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills

Summary:

Promotes quality sales and service transactions. Acts as the first point of contact for potential and current Goldfish customers, and is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company. Instructs students on water safety and proper swim techniques based on thorough knowledge of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred. Two years of previous sales and/or administrative office experience preferred. Intermediate computer skills required using Word, Excel, and other software systems. Preference given to those who will also teach swim lessons.
Work Environment:

While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. Noise level is usually moderate. Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each location and can set wages, benefits, and employment terms, which may vary by location.
