Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as After School Dance Coaches.

You will teach fun, beginner-friendly tennis sessions for elementary school students (Grades K–5) at various school sites around the Bay Area. Our programs run Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, typically teaching one class per day (about one hour) with an additional 30 minutes of pre-care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid work permit to work in USA.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must have reliable transportation around the East Bay and Peninsula.

Responsibilities

• Teach Dance classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided by the company; coach should have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
