Job summary

Holley Performance Brands is seeking an Enthusiast 1st Shift Material Handler in Bowling Green, KY to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Starting pay is $16.88 per hour with pay progressions. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills using Windows and RF scanners. You will move orders, stock supplies, and load pallets, following 6S and safety protocols in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted when needed and work actively on your feet at least 8 hours per day.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer experience using Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to ensure Packers and Processors can remain at their assigned stations.
• Ensure all shipping supplies are adequately stocked.
• Coordinate the distribution of orders to packers at their stations to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Facilitate padded mailer orders and small box order delivery to processing stations.
• Deliver packed Export orders to the designated Export processing station.
• Deliver Customer Pick Up orders to the pick-up shelf.
• Load complete processed pallets to appropriate carrier trailer.
• Adhere to Shipping Team 6S protocols.
• Adhere to a safety first and clean as you go expectation in all work areas.
