Location:

Duties:

• Draft, manage, and negotiate high-value agreements involving music rights and other entertainment-related intellectual property
• Support clients through sophisticated financing and M&A transactions in the entertainment industry
• Advise on catalog sales, acquisitions, licensing, and rights management
• Work directly with artists, content creators, executives, and corporate clients on production and distribution matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including attorneys, consultants, and other professionals
• Contribute to strategy development related to content creation, deal structuring, and long-term intellectual property growth
• Manage multiple legal matters simultaneously with attention to detail and client service

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in entertainment law or related fields such as corporate M&A, IP licensing, or content development
• Prior experience with catalog sales/acquisitions preferred
• Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced team environment
• Strategic, creative thinker committed to professional growth

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

Active bar membership in good standing in California or eligibility for admission
