Job summary

Walmart in Jennings, LA is seeking an Entertainment Associate to greet customers, assist with questions, and guide purchases on the sales floor. You will move incoming merchandise to displays and help keep entertainment sections neat and inviting throughout the shift.

This full-time position offers a wage range of $19–$32 per hour, plus annual or quarterly incentives and multiple premiums depending on schedule, location, or tasks.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
