Job summary

WME Group in New York, NY is seeking a Coordinator to support business development for Entertainment Marketing & Advisory. This role identifies opportunities, supports client pursuits from prospecting through proposal development, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to win new business.

You will work closely with senior leaders to develop client relationships, contribute to commercial strategy, and help drive growth across entertainment, media, culture and brand marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of related business development experience.
• Strong interest in entertainment marketing and commercial strategy.
• Excellent written communication and ability to draft client-facing materials.
• Comfortable in client-facing meetings and representing the department professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Keynote, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support priority business development initiatives with VP and develop strategic materials across the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory team.
• Identify prospective clients and assist outbound initiatives by monitoring market activity and whitespace opportunities.
• Draft outreach communications, proposals and client-facing materials that support business development efforts.
• Develop scopes of work, proposals and supporting materials for prospective client engagements.
• Attend client meetings, presentations and industry events, representing the team professionally and capturing insights.
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external industry contacts for future opportunities.
• Coordinate deal information in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
