Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Round Rock, TX is seeking a part-time team member with weekend availability to support resident programs and daily activities.

You will assist in planning events, preparing monthly calendars, and coordinating performers while ensuring residents’ safety and enjoyment. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and at least 3 years driving experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, family members and staff.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional and able to multitask.
• Strong customer service skills expected.

Job Description

Schedule: Part-Time. Weekend availability required.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the development, planning, implementation, the execution of the activities for residents.
• Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you will; need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
