The Harry Walker Agency, a business unit of WME, seeks a Contracts Administrator in New York to support Business Affairs. You will draft and negotiate speaking engagement contracts, coordinate with sales agents and talent managers, and manage high volumes of contracts with precision.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree related to entertainment or legal support, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated interest in entertainment industry or legal/contract role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with keen judgment and ability to handle high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Support BA executives with workflow, meetings, record keeping, deal tracking and documentation.
• Draft and negotiate speaking engagement contracts with sales agents and talent managers.
• Process contract edits and revisions in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain CRM records and communicate with stakeholders including host organizations.
