Backstage Team Academy in Woodland Hills, California is seeking a part-time Creative Business & Entertainment Assistant to help grow our entertainment business while learning from seasoned professionals. This hands-on role offers real responsibility, a weekly stipend, and the chance to develop skills in client outreach, scheduling, content creation, and event support.

The position provides mentorship and a scholarship to our Academy program, with opportunities for growth and future engagements

Qualifications

• Outgoing, organized, reliable, comfortable talking to people.
• Willing to take initiative and learn new skills.
• No prior entertainment experience required, but a positive attitude and strong follow-through are essential.

Responsibilities

• Making business calls, pitching ideas, and following up with clients, sponsors, and potential partners
• Assisting with scheduling, research, emails, and business organization
• Creating social media content and helping with marketing and promotions
• Supporting concerts, events, merchandise sales, and fan engagement
• Helping develop new projects, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
