Job summary

Starr, a global leader in commercial insurance, is looking for a Vulnerability Management & Response Engineer. This role involves operating and improving the Vulnerability Management program, partnering with Infrastructure and Development teams to drive risk-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tenable and a track record of remediation success.

You’ll play a key role in managing operations, triaging vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with SLA targets, while contributing to a company committed to employee development and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience running an enterprise Vulnerability Management program.
• Experience with Tenable including scan configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the Tenable platform.
• Lead triage and validation of vulnerability remediation tasks.
• Produce VM program metrics and reporting.
