Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a leader for its Enterprise Information Security Services Manager role to shape and manage vulnerability and risk programs across IT, OT, cloud, and applications. You will work with infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to drive remediation and governance that reduce real-world exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of relevant cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to enterprise vulnerability management programs.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment technologies and remediation workflows.
• Understanding of vulnerability scoring, threat intelligence, and risk-based remediation approaches.
• Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Experience developing metrics, reports, or dashboards for cyber risk communications.
• Experience across on-prem, cloud, OT, and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and mature the enterprise vulnerability management strategy across IT, OT, cloud, and applications.
• Establish governance, standards, and metrics for enterprise cyber risk reporting.
• Guide remediation prioritization and validation across global environments.
• Develop risk-based prioritization using threat intel, exploitability, and criticality.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, apps, operations, and business teams to enable timely remediation.
• Provide reporting on risk posture, trends, and program effectiveness.
