Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and managing UX, product design, or enterprise design teams.
• Proven ability to mentor designers and develop leaders.

• Strong executive presence and ability to present to senior executives.
• Ability to negotiate priorities and align stakeholders.
• Experience establishing a common visual and product language across products.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product environments.
