Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader to drive enterprise-wide process improvements within the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). Qualifications

• 10+ years leading process improvement and transformation initiatives for Hire-to-Retire value streams.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred with coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste, variation, rework, and ineffective handoffs.
• Establish process visibility, measurement integrity, and accurate performance baselines; identify unmeasured work.
• Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream process conditions, not downstream symptoms.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve transactional workflows.
• Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture teams to align process, technology, and system capabilities.
• Quantify business impact in cost, quality, speed, risk, and productivity.
• Coach leaders and teams in continuous improvement disciplines and capability building.
• Serve as a founding member of the ETS Office, establishing operating rhythms, standards, governance, and integration frameworks.
