The Opportunity

As a cyber threat intel analyst, you know the key to detecting and deterring malicious activity is quality risk-based intel that maps to a tactical behavior. At Booz Allen, you can apply your expertise to investigate the most pressing cyber threats impacting Department of Defense networks. This is your chance to take on the adversary’s perspective, identify their motivations, and recommend ways to harden systems, reduce their attack surface, and thwart malicious actors.

The Role

As a cyber threat intelligence analyst, you’ll support a team responsible for technical CSSP functions, responding to cyber intelligence requirements, analyzing threat sources, and implementing countermeasures to reduce threats and vulnerabilities. You will perform in-depth technical analysis of foreign threats as part of a DoD S&TI contract team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence
  • Knowledge of enterprise mitigation actions, intelligence reporting, and cybersecurity technologies
  • Knowledge of DOD policies and industry best practices
  • Ability to conduct all-source intelligence research and analysis
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Ability to brief senior leadership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, GCTI)

Security Clearance: TS/SCI required

Compensation

Range: $86,800 - $198,000 annually, based on experience and other factors.

Work Model: Hybrid, onsite, or remote depending on role specifics.
