As an Enterprise Testing Specialist Senior within PNC's Enterprise Testing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Miamisburg, OH.

• The objective of this role is to independently evaluate data used for various Regulatory Reports (FR Y-14M/Q, FDIC 370, FR-2052a, 9C/Call Report, etc.) to ensure compliance with established Finance guidelines.
• The focus is to gain reasonable assurance around the completeness and accuracy of the data used in the presentation on the regulatory reports.
• An understanding of data movement/lineage, SQL experience, and database experience is preferred.

Job Description

• Leads the execution of objective testing procedures (including control validation, transactional testing, or risk-based testing) in support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Plan testing and reviews, applying risk analysis principles to determine scope, focus, objectives, and rationale. Develop testing strategies, procedures, and sample selection. Perform testing and reviews according to the plan. Evaluate controls and identify risks. Revise review programs as needed.
• Document the review process, prepare working papers, and ensure documentation supports testing conclusions. Describe major processes within the area being reviewed.
• Analyze testing results, exceptions, and make recommendations to improve controls and operational efficiency. Ensure testing accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Provide consulting services on risk and control issues. Assist clients in implementing new or improved systems, products, services, and controls.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education. Typically, roles at this level require a university degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. Certifications are desirable but not required.
