Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Enterprise Technical Project Manager to lead complex, technology‑driven initiatives that enable firmwide transformation. You will manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, coordinating architects, engineers, analysts, and external vendors to deliver secure and scalable technology outcomes.

You will partner with executives to define objectives, scope, and business cases, develop rigorous plans and budgets, and ensure governance and risk controls across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar field.
• Experience leading enterprise technology projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of budgets, timelines, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned enterprise technical projects from initiation through execution and closeout.
• Partner with executive sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, analysts, and vendors.
• Facilitate governance activities: status reporting, risk/issue management, change control.
• Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and vendor performance monitoring when third‑party resources are involved.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, capitalization, and approvals.
