Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced leader to drive enterprise Technology Project Portfolio Management, overseeing demand, capacity, financials, and planning for the technology organization.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and technology teams to deliver integrated insights, governance, and a clear roadmap for portfolio success. This role requires strong executive communication and change-management capabilities within a complex, large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in technology, portfolio management, product management, enterprise planning, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership or senior individual contributor experience with enterprise-level responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Technology PPM capabilities, including demand, capacity, financial, and portfolio planning.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Technology PPM ecosystem.
• Oversee portfolio management tools, integrations, reporting, and data capabilities, including Clarity, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Partner with Finance to support forecasting, investment planning, and capital and expense management.
• Collaborate with Technology, Portfolio, and HR leaders to align people, products, priorities, and investments.
• Communicate portfolio insights, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholders through transformation by establishing clear requirements, decision-making processes, and change management practices.
