Job summary

The Technical Operations Manager provides administrative and support functions to Campus Technology. The primary function is enterprise infrastructure administration and services as tier two escalation support for the Help Desk team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of progressive job experience and supervisory experience required.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General systems and security administration.
• Research, recommend, implement and monitor security software solutions as appropriate.
• Provide data storage, server and environmental backup and archive management.
• Assist Help Desk technicians with incidents and assume ownership of requests requiring escalation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field
