A leading company is seeking a Cart Attendant to work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Club House Manager. The role involves ensuring a smooth experience for members and guests, maintaining golf carts, and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a willingness to work outdoors in various conditions.
This position is responsible for working closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Club House Manager on outside golf operations to ensure a smooth experience for members and guests. The Cart Attendant provides exceptional customer service by ensuring golf carts are stocked, cleaned, and ready for golfers. Excellent listening skills and eagerness to serve are essential.
Peers within the department, supervisors, managers, executives, Board of Directors, customers, and outside vendors.
Constant standing, walking, reaching, hearing, smelling, and visual acuity. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Exposure to noise and potential hazards from equipment. Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for 6-8 hours.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Knowledge of golf courses and golf games preferred.
Certification/License: Maintain good moral character; pass pre-employment drug testing.
Follow safety instructions when operating equipment. Work independently and deal effectively with the public. Prioritize duties, work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Communicate clearly via in-person, radio, writing, phone, and email. Promote positive public relations. Respond effectively to stressful situations. Analyze situations and take appropriate actions. Native American preferred.
