Job summary

ChenMed is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Talent & Performance to lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of talent and performance systems. You will partner with executives to align learning, development, and organizational capability with business goals.

You will drive governance, KPI development, and enterprise-wide initiatives, while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations across the enterprise, including frequent travel to Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field; advanced study preferred.
• Experience in talent and performance management, organizational effectiveness, and learning strategies.
• Spoken and written fluency in English; strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of Talent Management and Performance Management systems.
• Develop governance, policies, templates, and leadership resources for talent processes.
• Partner with IT/HR to optimize digital experiences and analytics.
• Provide strategic advisory to executives and translate insights into development solutions.
• Manage enterprise talent calendars, calibrations, and succession planning.
