Center for Employment Opportunities in New York City seeks a Product Lead, Business Systems to own the Finance and Operations platforms, partnering with finance, IT, and external providers to design, configure, deploy, and support enterprise systems with governance, security, and efficiency in mind.

The role drives the roadmap, manages vendor relationships, and leads change management to achieve high user adoption in a hybrid NYC setting. Nonprofit context experience valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise business systems, internal product mgmt, or IT product ownership in complex orgs.
• Experience leading multi-year enterprise platform transformations (ERP, Financial Systems, HRIS).
• Proven ability to manage tech roadmaps, specs, backlogs, and cross-functional deployments.
• Experience collaborating with external implementation providers or consultants on large-scale overhauls.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt across Finance leadership and product departments; influence on tech investments.
• Experience directing external vendors and systems integrators on major system overhauls.
• Preferred: certifications like CSPO, PMP or admin credentials in major financial software suites.

Responsabilités

• Define, own, and execute the roadmap for CEO’s financial and operations systems.
• Lead modernization strategy for Payroll, Procurement, Contracts to remove data silos.
• Oversee implementation of finance and operations platforms with partners and business owners.
• Co-design, blueprint, configure, and implement new Finance systems with stakeholders.
• Develop onboarding materials and lead change management to drive adoption.
• Establish data governance, security, and change controls aligned with IT standards.
